Should Cubs fans be worried about Kintzler’s reaction to being traded?

Newly acquired Brandon Kintzler may seem like a great addition to the team, but should Cubs fans should be worried about his trade reaction?

Nationals reporters said that Kintzler was completely shocked by the news of the trade. He even thought it was a joke.

“I’m shell-shocked…at a loss for words.” Kintzler said. Many say he didn’t want to leave the Nationals.

Now this gets me thinking. It doesn’t happen often, but I feel like that either destroys or motivates a player. So if he didn’t want to leave, is he going to suck? Or is he going to try to make the Nationals regret trading him? Hopefully this motivates a guy like him. He’s going to a way better team who has a better chance of making the playoffs. Apparently his nickname is “Salt.” Don’t be salty, Brandon.
