Chicago Cubs pitcher, Drew Smyly, said that he felt “amazing” after his bullpen session today.
Smyly has been out for almost a year now as he is recovering from Tommy John Surgery. Drew signed a two year deal with the Cubs in December. The Cubs are hoping for him to step into the bullpen during the second half of the season, and even compete for a starting spot next year.
