A Chicago Cubs minor league manager has been arrested.

Jesus Feliciano, who is the manager of the Eugene Emeralds has been arrested per multiple reports.

Reports state that Jesus was arrested and booked into the Lane County Jail for DUI and reckless driving. Feliciano was released hours later, and his attorney had some stuff to say. One of the statements that stood out the most was when his attorney stated that he blew a 0.0 on the intoxilyzer. Right now we do not know all of the specifics, but the Emeralds did release this statement.

The Emeralds are the short season A squad for the Cubs. Jesus was seen managing the Emeralds earlier tonight.
